IT SHOULD MAKE IT THROUGH AND MAKE ALL THE CHANGES THAT NEED TO NEED TO GO THAT WILL MEET THE NEW ASSESSMENT SYSTEM THE STATE IS PUTTING OUT. ONE OF THE THINGS WE LOOKED AT IS IF EVERY SCHOOL WAS GETTING AN A ON THAT ACCOUNTABILITY MEASURE, REGARDLESS OF THE QUALITY OF THE SCHOOL, IS THAT REALLY A GOOD MEASURE? AND THE ANSWER IS NO. SO IT SOUGHT TO KIND OF TAKE THOSE THINGS OUT OF IT AND REALLY FOCUS MORE ON ACHIEVEMENT AND GROWTH OF STUDENTS ACROSS DIFFERENT CATEGORIES. SO THAT SHOULD MAKE IT AS WELL. AND WE'LL SEE WHERE THE, WHERE THE IMPACT COMES. NOT A WHOLE LOT OF SURPRISES OUT THERE. YOU KNOW, THERE WAS A GREAT ARTICLE THAT WAS DONE IN A LOCAL PAPER ABOUT THE YEAH, SOMEBODY IN HERE MAY HAVE DONE THAT ABOUT THE CHANGE IN FUNDING THE FUNDING STRUCTURE, WHICH IS GREAT. LIKE SHE'S LIKE, SHE'S DONE IT HER WHOLE LIFE UP THERE. SHE DID, SHE DID REALLY GREAT. AND THEN LOTS OF OTHER PRESENTATIONS THAT HIGHLIGHTED THE REALLY GOOD WORK THAT OUR FOOD, OUR FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM DOES. AND SO IT WAS JUST FUN TO BE THERE AND, AND KIND OF CELEBRATE WITH THEM. AND SO I WAS READY AND DID A GREAT JOB OF, OF TALKING ABOUT HOW AMAZING CAROLINE COUNTY IS, WHAT GREAT WORK WE DO BECAUSE WE DO YOU KNOW, OUR COMMUNITY SCHOOL COORDINATORS ARE WORKING REALLY HARD TO MOVE THINGS FORWARD. AND SO I WAS CELEBRATING ALL OF THAT WORK AND SAYING HOW AMAZING WE WERE. AND THEN I REALIZED THAT SOME OF THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM WERE FROM OTHER COUNTIES THAT I WORK WITH. WE HUNG OUT IN THE THE CHOIR ROOM AND GOT TO LISTEN TO THEM SING BEAUTIFUL VOICES, LIKE THEY'RE VERY IMPRESSIVE. HE DOES A REALLY GOOD JOB WITH THEM. WHAT THE DIFFERENT SIZES AND THE COLORS AND ALL OF THAT STUFF. I'M LIKE, I'M LEARNING A LOT HERE BECAUSE ALL THE, IT WAS INTERESTING. AND THEN I ATTENDED THE MUSIC IN OUR SCHOOLS EVENT THAT WAS AT LOCKERMAN AS WELL. AND MISS RAMESH IS DOING A REALLY GOOD JOB WITH THOSE KIDDOS AS WELL. SO GOT A LOT OF TALENTED MUSICIANS IN OUR COUNTY. SO THAT WAS PRETTY COOL. OKAY, SO I WAS ABLE TO ATTEND THE NJHS NATIONAL JUNIOR NATIONAL TECH AND NATIONAL TECHNICAL HONOR SOCIETY. I THINK MY DAUGHTER AND DOCTOR SIMMONS'S DAUGHTER WERE BOTH INDUCTED INTO THAT. AND THAT'S ALWAYS A FUN ONE BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE THEY PUT THIS UP ON THE BOARD. LIKE WHAT THE WHAT THE STUDENT'S GOING TO LIKE WHAT THEY WANT TO DO AFTER LIKE WHERE THEY WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL OR WHAT THEY WANT TO STUDY. GOING FORWARD. AND I WAS ABLE TO ATTEND MY MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER'S MIDDLE SCHOOL LACROSSE MATCH AT AN AWAY SCHOOL. SO THAT WAS A LOT OF FUN. SO I'VE GOTTEN TO HIT SOME SPORTING EVENTS, THE HONOR SOCIETY AND THEN DO SOME, YOU KNOW, WEEKEND TRAVEL SPORTS WITH THEM TOO. SO ALONG WITH THE WORK. IT'S BEEN BUSY. I ALSO GOT TO, TO GO WITH DOCTOR SIMMONS AND, AND THE BERRIES FOR THE TEACHER OF THE YEAR AND SUPPORT SERVICE OF THE YEAR.
