INITIALLY MY GUT SHOT EVEN SAYING LAST YEAR, I THINK IT WAS LIKE, MAYBE WE COULD START WITH FRESHMEN OR NINTH AND 10TH GRADE POLICING AND IMPLEMENTING THAT WOULD BE VERY CHALLENGING. I WOULD JUST SAY WHEN YOU HAVE THOSE SPLIT GRADES AND YOU WANT KIDS TO START GETTING SOME OWNERSHIP AND SOME ACCOUNTABILITY, I GET THAT AT AGE 16, 17. IT WAS JUST A LOT OF NUANCE THAT HAS TO REALLY BE THOUGHT ABOUT IF WE WERE TO LOOK TO EXPAND, BUT WE FEEL IT'S WORKING AT THE MIDDLE. WE JUST WANT TO GIVE IT ANOTHER YEAR TO REALLY FEEL IT OUT. MAKE SURE IT'S ONE YEAR IS NOT A FLUKE. MAKE SURE WE STRENGTHEN IT AND BUILD OUT FROM THERE. HAPPY TO TAKE ANY QUESTIONS. WHEN YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL, I THINK YOU ALSO RUN INTO AN ISSUE WITH COMMUNICATION THROUGH LIKE EXTRACURRICULAR TYPE THINGS BECAUSE YOU HAVE, FOR EXAMPLE, WITH SPORTS COACHES CANNOT DIRECTLY CONTACT. YOU KNOW, THE WAY OF THE QUICK WAY OF CONTACTING A TEAM, LIKE IF YOU HAVE A RAIN CANCELLATION OR SOMETHING TO DO WITH, WITH TRANSPORTATION, IS TO HAVE A PLAYER ON THE TEAM WITH THE GROUP, WITH A GROUP MESSAGE OUT. SO THERE WOULD BE THE ONE HURDLE THAT YOU'LL HAVE TO THAT'LL HAVE TO BE DEALT WITH AMONGST MANY OTHERS. BUT NO, THAT WAS JUST ONE, ONE, ONE DOWNSIDE TO THE HIGH SCHOOL, TO THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL. BUT THE OTHER CHALLENGE AT THE HIGH SCHOOL IS, I MEAN, I THINK STUDENTS ARE THERE FOR DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE DAY. I MEAN, YOU KNOW, SOME KIDS ARE COMING IN AT NOON, SOME ARE LEAVING AT NOON. SOME ARE LEAVING AT TWO. YOU KNOW, DEPENDING UPON WHAT THE DUAL ENROLLMENT AND DIFFERENT SCHEDULES ARE. AND I DON'T KNOW, YOU KNOW, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT WOULD LOOK LIKE, BUT I THINK THAT WOULD ALSO BE VERY CHALLENGING. YEAH, I DO THINK IT'S BEEN A GOOD A GOOD THING WHERE WE'VE DONE IT AT AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL THOUGH, AND I REALLY HAVE TO CREDIT OUR MIDDLE SCHOOLS, OUR PRINCIPALS AND THE STAFF AT BOTH SCHOOLS REALLY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF ROLLING THIS OUT, MAKING SURE IT WAS IN PLACE FROM DAY ONE COMMUNICATING WITH THE COMPANY AS WELL AS STUDENT SERVICES FOR THE ISSUES THAT CAME UP AND WORKING THROUGH ANY PROBLEMS, THAT THEY REALLY WERE MINIMAL. AND THEY DID AN ADEPT JOB AT GOING THROUGH THAT. SO REALLY, HATS OFF TO BOTH DOCTOR HOLLOWAY AND WAS NECESSARY FOR MAKING SURE THAT THIS WAS IMPLEMENTED WITH FIDELITY AT BOTH SCHOOLS AND FOR THEIR STAFF FOR WORKING WITH THEM TO DO IT. BECAUSE THIS IS REALLY THE, YOU KNOW, THE TEACHERS ARE THE THE BOOTS ON THE GROUND FOR THIS AS FAR AS MAKING IT, MAKING IT ENFORCED IN EACH, YOU KNOW, AT THE CLASSROOM LEVEL TO, TO LIKE, SAY, EVEN IF, EVEN IF THE KID FINDS A WAY TO GET THE PHONE OUT OF THE POUCH, OR DOES IT REALLY PUT IT IN THE POUCH IF IF IT'S OUT, IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE OUT. BOTH SCHOOLS PUT ON INCREDIBLE GRADUATIONS THAT HIGHLIGHTED THE CLIMATE AND CULTURE OF THEIR SCHOOLS. NORTH HIGH GRADUATION AND GRADUATIONS ARE JUST DIFFERENT AND DIFFERENT IS OKAY. BUT THEY HIGHLIGHTED THEIR COMMUNITIES IN THE WAY THAT WORKS. HAD SOME OF THE BEST SPEECHES I HAVE EVER HEARD AT GRADUATIONS. I MUST SAY. AND MR. SPIKER'S NOT HERE TO HEAR IT, BUT HE'S ALREADY HEARD IT FROM ME MULTIPLE TIMES. THE THREE VALEDICTORIANS AT NORTH HIGH, LITERALLY I SAT THERE THAT NIGHT WATCHING, LISTENING TO THE ONE SPEAK, AND THE OTHERS SIT THERE AND CHEER ON THE ONE WHO'S SPEAKING, WHO THEY'RE SHARING VALEDICTORIAN WITH, WHICH IS NOT STEREOTYPICAL. AND THEN I KNEW A MOM PERSONALLY, AND JUST WATCHING HER EXCITEMENT WITH HER SON GOING ACROSS THAT STAGE WAS REALLY COOL TO WATCH. AND AND THEN MY DAUGHTER WAS IN THE LOCKERMAN BAND CONCERT. I HAVE TO SAY, NOT BEING BIASED, BUT THOSE SIXTH GRADE BAND KIDS DID REALLY GOOD THAT NIGHT. THEY REALLY OUTDID THEMSELVES. SO KUDOS TO MISS RAMISH FOR HER LEADERSHIP WITH THE BAND. THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. ALL THE KIDS WERE REALLY GOOD, BUT SHE. SHE REALLY IS WORKING THOSE KIDS. MR. JONES, I'LL JUST ECHO THE SENTIMENTS.
