The Caroline County Board of Education made a motion to go into closed session at 7:27 p.m. pursuant to state government guidelines under the Open Meetings Act (General Provisions Article 3-305 (9)) for the following reasons: (9) to conduct collective bargaining negotiations or consider matters that relate to the negotiations
